- Visit the UPPSC official website: uppsc.up.nic.in.
- Click on the "Download Admit Card" link on the homepage (under "Candidate's Corner" or directly for PCS/ACF/RFO Prelims 2025).
- Select the exam: P.C.S. and A.C.F./R.F.O. (PRELIMS) EXAMINATION - 2025.
- Enter your One-Time Registration (OTR) number/Registration number, Date of Birth, and Gender.
- The admit card will appear; download and print a clear copy.
